Official Contest Rules
Thank you for entering the Platter’s Chocolate Factory contest. By submitting your entry, you’re not only taking part in an exciting opportunity but also subscribing to receive updates.
By checking the box, you consent to receive marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional materials from Platter’s Chocolate Factory at the email address provided. Don’t worry, we respect your privacy and won’t share your information with third parties.
Eligibility
Platter’s Chocolate Factory Contests are open to all individuals who reside in the continental United States of America. Platter’s Chocolate Factory, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period
Entries submitted outside the entry period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must fill out an entry form in store or if online follow instructions in post. Each participant may enter the contest once per day.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected on the contest end date and notified by email, phone, or direct message within 5 days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days an alternate winner may be drawn.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded as indicated in the contest announcement.
Publicity Release
By entering the contest, participants grant Platter’s Chocolate Factory the right to use their names, images, and entries for promotion purposes without additional compensation.
Rights to Entries
Participants retain the right to their entries. However, by entering the contest, participants grant Platter’s Chocolate Factory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their entries in connection with the Contest.
Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for any action displayed to be unethical. This is at the discretion of Platter’s Chocolate Factory.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or in connection with the contest can be resolved through arbitration or mediation at the sole cost of the contest entrant. Platter’s Chocolate Factory will not be held liable for any fees incurred for resolution.
Modification or Termination
Platter’s Chocolate Factory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

All contests are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
